When will my order arrive?
All items listed on our website are typically in stock. Delivery times can vary depending on the specific item and your location. Each product page includes an estimated delivery timeframe. While we aim to meet those estimates, we always strive to deliver your order even sooner when possible. For many beds and mattresses, next-day delivery is available.
Will I receive a delivery confirmation?
Yes. After placing your order, our team will contact you via email or phone to confirm the dispatch date and provide any additional delivery details.
What is your returns policy?
We thoroughly inspect every item before dispatch to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 working days for a refund. Please note that a 10% handling fee will be applied. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
What if my item arrives with missing parts?
All products are checked before delivery to ensure completeness. In the rare event that a part is missing, please contact us within 3 working days of delivery. Provide the missing part’s number or letter as shown on the assembly instructions, and we’ll dispatch the required part as quickly as possible through our support team.
